The slide system of silver samples was replaced by a metric system. Sometimes on products made of silver you can see a clearly marked 84 sample. The number 84 denotes the number of pure silver parts contained in 96 parts of the alloy, which in addition to pure silver has 12 parts of the master alloy or various impurities. If on the silver product there is a stamp with 84 sample of silver and with a lady in kokoshnik, then such a product has a high price, it can be considered antique and antique.
