    Description

    Beautiful vintage 14K (tested, not marked) solid yellow gold oval 35mm x 27mm handcarved shell cameo of ladies profile in twisted rope and milgrain bezel.  Overall dimension is 1-1/4" long with bale x 1-3/16".  Bale opening 5mm.  Weighs 9.34 grams.
