Gold Plated Sheaffer Targa Fountain Pen, M 14k Gold Nib

Description

This a Sheaffer Targa fountain pen, in the fluted gold plated finish with gold plated trim.  This pen is in excellent condition. I can see it's been inked but no signs of wear. A name is engraved on the cap, but is non-intrusive. Included is a converter, which permits you to use bottled ink. It would also take Sheaffer cartridges. It was made in the 1970s while Sheaffer was still a U.S. company.  It comes in a red Sheaffer box.  A handsome everyday pen and very collectible. Separately, the gold nib would sell for at least , the converter routinely sells for .00, and the box would cost at least .00. The price is a bargain.
