SHANGHAI Porcelain Doll by Florence Maranuk for Show Stoppers LE 1258/3500 (Yr?).
Florence Maranuk founded Show Stopper Dolls in 1983 and currently serves as its President.   Her dolls are known for the attention to detail, the exquisite materials used, the expressive sculpting, and the innovative designs.
Shanghai is a beautiful young Chinese woman in a wooden carriage, dressed in her cultural clothing.   Excellent details are in every part and piece, the carriage even has a working retractable bonnet.  There are lots of pictures of the doll and her buggy, so please zoom in on every one.  The carriage has a few blemishes on the wood, shown in the pics, and one doll shoe is missing the rose accent.   The doll's top looks to be glued at the front, I could not find snaps or velcro.  Also FYI this doll does not have bendable legs or arms, only her head moves.  I dont have any papers like COA, and I dont have her original box but she will have a sturdy box when its time for her to travel.
