SOLID 14K YELLOW GOLD & 3.5CTW DIAMONDS CROSS PENDANT

Description

This is a Solid 14K Yellow Gold and Diamonds Cross Pendant.  I recently acquired this at a local auction.  It is not marked but acid tests to 14K.  The Cross is done in plain Yellow Gold with a bright polished finish and a White Gold Facing over all sections holding Diamonds.  It has 8 sections holding a total of 104 Round Cut Genuine Natural Diamonds ranging in size from 1.8mm in diameter to 2.0mm in diameter weighing approximately 2.75CTW Diamonds.  There are also 2 larger Diamonds (one at the "ball joint" that holds the section holding the bail and one at the "ball joint" that holds the bottom section) with one weighing approximately 0.38Ct and the other one weighing approximately 0.37Ct (giving a total 106 Diamonds weighing approximately 3.5CTW of Diamonds in the Cross.)  Each of the "ball joints" at the larger diamonds is designed to swing to both  front & back and side to side (like tremblers) adding great sparkle to the Cross when the person wearing it is moving.  The pendant measures 4 1/8 inches tall (including the bail) by 2 1/4 inches wide and weighs 42.9 grams on my digital postal scale.
