Vintage 1950s / 1960s Vendome (a brand created by Coro) adjustable size ring with large topaz color faceted stone (please see photos for a minor rub on the surface of the stone, not easily visible except at certain angles, otherwise stone and gold finish are in excellent condition) in a high quality gold-tone setting. Interesting patented square shank sliding size adjustment. I believe the size range is approximately 5 to 7, possibly 5-1/2 to 8.
