Operated as a subsidiary of Coro, Vendome was a high-quality line that succeeded Corocraft. Vendome was in business from 1944 to 1979. Vendome jewelry was made with brilliant, high-quality European stones and beads. Many Vendome designs are delightfully unique, employing moveable parts and rich enameling.
This pendant is made of cast pewter and has two articulate parts.
The hair piece is attached to the face with studded hinges, allowing for a little bit of movement to the hair piece.
The face has unique open and raised design work.
Has no chain with it but easy to match your favorite silver tone chain with.
This is a large pendant measuring 2" long and 3" wide.
The Vendome name with the copyright symbol is stamped on the back.
There is a pewter ring attached to the back to hang on a chain.
This pendant is very well constructed and uniquely designed.
