The Waterford Pallas pen is both a capless roller ball pen or a ballpoint pen. The refill is advanced and retracted with a simple twist.
The Waterford Pallas convertible pen comes not only with the ball pen refill within the pen, but an additional capless roller ball refill  comes in the original factory package.  The Waterford Pallas pen is delivered in a Waterford gift box.
As an added extra, I include a new genuine Fisher Space Pen Refill!  This refill was developed for the NASA Space program.  It is now used as standard equipment on all international manned space flights.  It will write underwater, on butter stained or wet paper, upside down, at -30F and +250F (don't burn your fingers!).
This pressurized refill has a 100 year shelf life, includes the adapter for the Waterford Pallas Pen.  The Pallas also accepts easily found standard Parker Ballpoint and Rollerball refills in addition to the  Waterford refills.
